Ronseal Decking Cleaner & Reviver will clean and brighten weathered decking in minutes. It’s perfect for use before treating your decking, as it opens the pores of the wood to help new treatments soak in and stick. Can be used as a decking cleaner all season long.

Preparation
Always ensure the surface to be treated is clean, dry and free from any dust, algae, fungi or moss.
- To clean wood give it a good brush with a stiff brush to remove any dirt, debris or loose wood.
- Test Decking Cleaner & Reviver on a small area to make sure you're happy with the end results.
- Protect surrounding plants or grass witha dust sheet.
Application
It is recommended that a small test area is applied before treating the entire surface to ensure compatibility.
- Pour the Decking Cleaner & Reviver directly on to the decking.
- Use a stiff brush to scrub the surface.
- Leave for 15-20 minutes, then scrub the surface with a stiff brush and hose down with clean water.
- Alternativley if you have a pressure washer, work from one end of a decking board to the other in one continuous motion
- For best results remove all cleaning residue.
- Allow the decking to fully dry before applying new coatings such as and .
- Ronseal Decking Cleaner & Reviver can also be used to remove waterproofing treatment present on new decks; just follow the steps above. When you're done and the deck is dry, sprinkle a small amount of water on the deck and make sure it doesn't bead on the surface; if it doesn't bead then the pre-treatment is removed.
